Morrison with the right direction, character and mouthpiece could be killer in the X-division. Showstopper style.
I'd book him in the BFG series from the start, let him make it far, either semi finals or finals were Sabin or Styles goes over. That gives him good fodder for an arrogant heel character. "I made it to the finals of the BFG series in my first six months in the company!". Then he takes the belt off of King.

Just realized another possible signing.
Bob Fucking Holly. He did appear for their hardcore one night only ppv. And he likes the company. I'm not sure what Dixie's definition of Big is if she signs Holly.
