I'd also say possible WHC. Given his size and the fact he can have some serviceable mic skills if given time to develop and all of that he can get there.

I dunno. He had a good run as champ in NXT. Undefeated and all. He seemed like a different character there. More talkative. Made me laugh a little as an announcer once or twice.
