It has recently appeared that WWE may turn The New Day's Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston heel and happenings during WrestleMania 31 Week and this week's WWE TV tapings seemed to fuel the rumors. Big E, who tweeted a response to the RAW "New Day sucks" chants, wrote the following this morning:

Man, they'd better be done with that silly clapping and cheerleading now that they're turning heel.
It's so fn' annoying that I'd rather listen to Cesaro's theme song (those sirens playing really loud and mixed with a dog barking over those sirens in the background, lol)

Their vignettes were much better than what they eventually started doing, though.

The New Day gimmick is shit. The heel turn is the only way to salvage what's left for this stupid group. Bad gimmick, they all kind of suck at promos in their current characters, and it's all just too cheesy. Have Kofi start attacking people in the tag team division and grab the mic as he's wearing a black vest and say, "that's right....it's a new day....a dark day...Big E....beat his ass." Let Kofi talk slowly and methodically while Big E muscles people and hurts them. Xavier is just a filler piece and occasionally talks as well.

The New Day Gimmick was stale before it was introduced, A heel turn could be beneficial and with the Luchadragons debuting it could make the Tag division less of a chore to watch.

When they discussed repackaging Kofi before the 'New Day' formed I was all for it.. but then they went and created this stable.. and face, heel or neutral I'm still on the side of the fence that wants them all separated.
