I thought he could still be salvageable if returned to NXT for more development, but I guess the company figured it was better off without him. Do they have any physically big guys in NXT already? Perhaps there's a prospect down there with a brighter future than an improved Colin Cassidy.

NXT is stupid first of all, 2nd of all no---just no. He's better off without them considering how awful the business is anyway.

Big Damo is a unit.
Just started reading Feed in your English class?

NXT brings in big talent and lets talent improve before going up to the main roster. I don't watch it, but considering how almost every major event it does is praised, I'd say that calling it stupid is rather silly.

I feel as though Cass might be better off making good money and being on national television than wrestling in a gym for five dollars a match. Besides, Cass isn't a very talented performer like other guys WWE released such as Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes. The business is awful, but if that fact warrants retiring from the ring, then nobody should be wrestling in the first place.

His whole gimmick is based on being tall. Being tall has proven to mean fuck all. So his entire presence in WWE is unnecessary.

Losing to a 5 foot 8 man, you are never going to be a main eventer.
A tall guy losing to a short man means he won’t be a main eventer? Very dumb logic lol

If his character is based on just being tall and how that makes him better than you, then yh. Cuz it's poven that his whole character is made redundant. Sure he can change his character, but the damage is already done

Yes. Career over
Well let's assume he didn't get fired. What would be next for him, jobber status? No, he'd go to the midcard and destroy a bunch of small guys like The Dillinger. He would spend months and months beating people because he's tall. Hell, he'd probably get a WWE title shot against DBry even

That is not where you want to be. He was in the midcard with Bryan. He was already in the midcard.

Yeahj but we have established that doesn't mean anything. So why take him seriously?
