Justin Bieber has expressed his disappointed at not bagging any Grammy Awards at last nights ceremony.

The Baby hitmaker, who lost out to jazz performer Esperanza Spalding in the Best New Artist category, told our US Team that he was upset not to take home a Grammy - despite being the clear favourite from when the nominations were announced.

Justin revealed: "I had no clue what was going to happen; I worked really hard these past few years and you know, I'm not going to lie — I was disappointed,"

The 16-year old heartthrob continued: "But, you know, I'm gonna come back [next year] and we'll take a few home."

Despite not winning any awards, JB was lucky enough to perform at the star-studded bash with his mentor Usher and Will Smith's son Jayden, which the Biebster later described as "amazing."

Going back to his lack of Grammys, Justin added: "I'm inspired to work harder than I did last year. It's going to be hard, but I'm going to try. Bieber fans, don't get too upset. Be happy."

However, Justin's eager fan-base were less than impressed that their idol wasn't recognised for his achievements at the Grammys, and have since launched a bitter Twitter tirade against Best New Artist winner Esperanza Spalding.

One Belieber tweeted: "@EspeSpalding FU** YOOOU B**** .I. ALL THE BELIBERS HATE YOU!!! NOBODY KNOWS YOUUU!!!! WHO THE HELL ARE YOOOOUU?? FU** YOU .I. HATE YOU."

Another wrote: "FOUND HER, THIS IS THE PSYCHO B***H THAT BEAT THE BIEBER, LET’S KILL HER. #12yearoldfangirlmom ent @EspeSpalding"

As well as: "Hey, @EspeSpalding how does it feel to know that approx.. 7 Million people on planet earth wanna shoot/stab/strangle/drown you?"

Spalding's Wikipedia page was also defaced by JB's fans, with one posting: "JUSTIN BIEBER DESERVED IT GO DIE IN A HOLE. WHO THE HECK ARE YOU ANYWAY?"

Poor Esperanza!

yeah his fans need to sit their teenage hormonal asses down.

Where do you get off saying someone doesn't deserve the award despite admitting to ever eactually having listened to her songs? That's the dumbest kind of hypocrisy.

Can't see what Bieber's done to deserve a Grammy anyway. Had one noteworthy song but otherwise did nothing. Milking yout fanbase while contributing as little as possible to your actual music doesn't win you anything.

Which superstar should top Time magazine’s annual “100 Most Influential People in the World” list—Barack Obama? Kate Middleton? Lady Gaga? No way, says Justin Bieber, insisting that Charlie Sheen deserved the honor. Yes, seriously. “He’s got a million followers in one day on Twitter,” says the Biebs. “Plus, he’s got tiger blood, and he’s always winning.” Does JB need to look up the meaning of “influential” or should Charlie stand alongside A-listers like Oprah and Marc

Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars Among TIME’s Most Influential People in the World

bieber-bruno.jpg

Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars have stolen the hearts of girls across the world, and now they have also won over the editors at TIME. The magazine selected the two heartthrobs for its annual list of the world’s most influential people.

They join a prestigious lineup of 100 artists, activists, reformers, researchers, and heads of state including President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden, Oprah Winfrey, and Sting.
Usher bestowed praise on his 16-year-old protégé. “From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have. He was born a star,” wrote his mentor. “He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it. Now, looking back at his incredible run, the reality of who he is and what he’s accomplished far exceeds anybody’s expectations of him.”

B.o.B had nothing but glowing words to say about his “Nothin’ on You” collaborator Bruno Mars. “There are a lot of people in this world who can sing and play the piano and guitar. Hell, I sing and play the piano and guitar,” he said. “But there’s something different about Bruno Mars. He has a musicality, a presence in his voice that I’ve never heard from anyone else.”

CANADIAN pop sensation Justin Bieber refused to crack after coming under attack during a performance in front of thousands of screaming fans in Sydney, Sky News reported.
<!-- google_ad_section_end(name=story_introduction) -->

<!-- // .story-intro --><!-- google_ad_section_start(name=story_body, weight=high) -->The teen superstar was performing at the city's Acer Arena on Friday night, when six eggs were launched from the crowd.

Footage of the incident showed two eggs landing within a metre of the singer during a routine, before four more dropped seemingly from above him, smashing instantly at the front of the stage

Bieber backtracked away from the audience as a helper quickly cleaned up the mess, before the show went on.
The incident prompted a storm of criticism on social networking sites with one fan taking to Twitter to warn the culprit, "Dear person who threw eggs at @justinbieber in Sydney, you now have over #9millionbeliebers after you, be afraid! We go harder than hard!"

Charges to be dropped in Bieber NY mall frenzy

Justin Bieber (BEE'-bur) has agreed to record a public service announcement on cyberbullying in order to resolve misdemeanor charges filed against one of his managers and a record executive after a frenzy at a New York mall.

The case stemmed from an incident in 2009, when thousands of unruly girls turned up at a clothing store on Long Island to see the teen pop star sign autographs.

Bieber manager Scott Bruan and Def Jam Records executive James Roppo were charged after police said they refused to help disperse the crowd.

Prosecutors told a judge Friday that they are dropping those charges. The record company and a management company pleaded guilty to fire code violations.
Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice tells Newsday that having Bieber educate kids about bullying is "invaluable."

"C.S.I." star Marg Helgenberger will have a reduced role in the CBS drama's coming 12th season, which has turned out to be good planning: Now that a recent interview she gave has come to light, it's probably best that angry Justin Bieber fans not be able to predict her whereabouts after the actress described him as a "brat" during a guest-starring stint on the show.

Admittedly, when I saw the New York Daily News headline, I thought it had to be a totally fabricated gossip story. But...there is video. Or, rather, there was; the copyright holder has had it pulled from YouTube.

Helgenberger was visiting a French outlet of Europe1, to talk about her show (which is adorably known in France as "Les Experts"). Naturally, the subject of recent recurring guest star/international pop superstar Justin Bieber came up, in the context of a discussion about stuntcasting. And though the question was whether Bieber's performance was any good, Helgenberger saw an opening and took it.

After saying that Bieber was "pretty good," considering that he'd "never acted before," Helgenberger doesn't even wait for a follow-up question before going on to describe Bieber's behavior behind the scenes. "I shouldn't be saying this, but he was kind of a brat," she declares. "He was very nice to me. But he locked one of the producers in a closet and he put his fist through a cake that was on the craft service table." (He attacked a CAKE?! I am serious: That is the work of a sociopath.) Bieber's already responded to his nine-million-plus followers on Twitter, tweeting, "t's kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind." Possibly he typed "kind" when he meant "passive-aggressive."

Bieber had played a slippery young domestic terrorist in a pair of episodes this season; here's an example of his dramatic work.

justin bieber set to launch women's fragrance

Lookout Beliebers! The 17-year old pop sensation is launching a fragrance, and it's for all the ladies out there—including you! From the heart-shaped flower to the removable charms, Justin Bieber's first prestige women's fragrance is feminine to the max. Launching in June, Someday is a scent any Bieber fan will undoubtedly love.

The "fruity gourmand" formula was created by Honorine Blanc of Firmenich, and formulated to appeal to Bieber's 14- to 18-year-old core set of fans. “Let’s be real, the way a girl smells is very important to a guy," says Justin, "I have such a deep connection with my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them closer to my world."

Here's another reason to love the Biebs—proceeds of his fragrance sales are going to two of his favorite charities: Pencils of Promise (which builds schools), and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We're banking that this adolescent aroma will garner millions for these charities. “Not only am I able to create a fragrance for all my fans,†Bieber continued, “but I am able to give back to charity, which is a huge priority for me." The singer, whose album “My World 2.0†ranks number one in 17 countries, seemed to enjoy the collaboration.

“They really let me take the lead on the entire project, because I know my fans better than anyone — from working with the team on the development of the fragrance itself to helping to design the bottle and packaging,†Justin wrote. While Justin had input on the design, Lance McGregor was head packaging designer and designed the bottle and outer embossed carton. He stylized the and superimposed the layered hearts on top of one another to create a feminine and heart-felt floral motif.
This eau de parfum spray is priced at $35 (1 oz.), $45 (1.7 oz.), or $55 (3.4oz.). The collection also includes a $20 hair mist (5 oz.) and a $25 body lotion. Someday is set to launch in June at prestige stores, including Macy's, Sephora, Dillard's, Belk, Nordstrom Boscov's, Ulta, and Shopper's Drug Mart (in Canada).

Beauties, have you got Bieber Fever for Someday?

Justin Bieber is a well-known fan of pop superstars Michael Jackson, Usher, and Justin Timberlake. But you'd be incorrect if you assumed the 17-year-old known for his bubblegum chart-topping songs was only interested in mainstream music.
Thursday night, Justin surprised one of his favorite artists, lesser-known indie singer-songwriter Ernie Halter by showing up to Ernie's concert and joining him on stage. The two singers, who had previously never met, performed together Ernie's song "Come Home To Me."
The Rock Ridge Music recording artist was completely blindsided that Justin and Selena Gomez showed up to his concert at the La Cave restaurant in Orange Country, California. "I looked over to my left and saw him sitting there and my jaw dropped," Ernie told Yahoo! Music about Justin, who had just landed in Los Angeles, fresh off of an 11-hour flight from Tokyo.

"I asked him [to perform with me] and he said, 'Yes,' " Ernie told MTV. "It was a little bit of a surprise because I didn't think he would do it." To return the favor, Ernie performed an acoustic version of Justin's hit "Baby."

Ernie was unaware that Justin was a fan of his music until Wednesday when the teen idol tweeted a link to his cover of Ernie's "Come Home To Me." Ernie responded to Justin on Twitter and was shocked to see the number of Justin fans that replied.

"He sent it to me and people were, like, on fire retweeting it," Ernie said. "My Twitter feed on my computer just starts going crazy, like bing, bing, bing, bing. They are all retweets of Justin Bieber. He wrote it to me like, '@ErinHalter come home is such a great song. I thought I would do a little something with it.'

Justin's tweets to Ernie before and after the meeting prompted an influx of more than 30,000 new Twitter followers for the Los Angeles-based artist. It also helped Ernie's most recent album, "Franklin & Vermont," re-enter the top 50 on iTune's Singer Songwriter chart.
Ernie was also shocked to find out that Justin has been a fan of his music for years. Justin told Ernie that the "Come Home To Me" singer inspired him to make one of the YouTube videos that ultimately helped Justin get discovered.
"[Justin] said, 'When I was first making videos [I saw your] cover of Justin Timberlake's 'Cry Me A River.' ... [When] I saw that song, then I made one,' " Ernie said.

Ernie is not an amateur by any means. He has shared the studio and stage with the likes of Katy Perry, Neil Young, Christina Aguilera, and Lady Antebellum, and his songs have been featured on "General Hospital," MTV's "The Real World," and others, but he says the recognition from Justin was substantial.

"I've played with all these amazing people," he said, "but this is an up that I've never seen before, something on a whole 'nother level."

That's Really Week gives a nod to Justin for inspiring one of our most touching stories. But the news isn't always positive, as is the case with some of the other happenings this week. Lady Gaga's much lauded "Born This Way" album, due out on Tuesday, was leaked. Pete Doherty's battle with drugs landed him in jail. Controversial political television show host Bill O'Reilly debated with Jon Stewart Common's invitation to the White House. But most sadly, we lost M-Bone of the upbeat, Los Angeles, "Teach Me How To Dougie" rap group Cali Swag District. He was fatally shot.

Hopefully, Justin's good deed can keep us afloat until next week's wrapup. See you then.

Sometimes celebrities who grow up to be credits to the cities and states they grew up in are honored for their talent with a key to the city. Others are lucky enough to have their on statue erected. (Nothing says your hometown loves you like a glorified peeing post for local dogs….) Nah — not Justin Bieber. And not in Canada. Our proud neighbors to the North are paying homage to the mopheaded idol in a way that would make Willie Nelson proud: They’ve named a strain of marijuana after him.

Nail polish, a unisex fragrance, a ladies only perfume, and now ganja! What will those Beliebers think of next?

“The new kind of weed is apparently being sold on the streets of Toronto, Canada under the name, J.B. Kush, and is advertised to apparently ‘help you get through those tough times with your loved one, and make you closer.’”

But you’ll have to excuse Justin if having his moniker used to hock drug paraphernalia isn’t exactly his idea of a Lifetime Achievement Award. Spywitnesses close to the 17-year-old pop crooner is seething over the “unauthorized use of his name.”

Justin Bieber's Parents Think He and Selena Gomez Are Moving Too Fast <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->
If Your Parents Think You're Moving Too Fast In Love Like Justin Bieber's Do, Should You Slow Things Down?

Justin is head over heels for GF Selena Gomez — and his parents don’t like it. Should he be bothered by their disapproval?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been spending every waking moment together, and his parents think he’s growing up too fast now that he’s found her. Should he heed his parents’ warning that he’s moving way too fast for things to last, or should he be free to find out on his own?

The young couple have been traveling everywhere, including a vacation in Hawaii and a trip to JB’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario, Canada. But that isn’t all that’s been worrying his ‘rents.

“He has lost his Canadian accent and totally changed the way he speaks. His family is concerned,” a family insider tells In Touch Weekly of the 17-year-old pop star, saying that his new tattoo and another earring are also objects of concern.

Although they adore Selena, 18, it’s the relationship itself that has them stressed. Says the source, “They’re a little freaked out by how fast she and Justin are moving, but they’re just chalking it up to young love — for now.”

So should Justin heed his parents advice, and should you, if you’re in a similar situation?
