Jesus, that would have been terrible. I get using Bieber in a WWE match because of all the publicity that it would bring (and I agree with the article that Bieber working with WWE is something we can still expect to see happen at some point in the future), but using him as a partner of Cena's against the Wyatt Family? Horrible. Bieber should be brought in to work as a heel from the get-go.

I'm also skeptical of the veracity of that information. I know it's coming from the mouth of a former writer and all, but it specifically mentions that Cena was WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the time this idea was being mulled over, and sorry but the long-term plan going back as far as Wrestlemania was that the champion was scheduled to drop the title to Brock Lesnar at Summerslam. The rumors of Daniel Bryan vs Brock Lesnar at Summerslam started running rampant almost immediately following Mania, and we know now that Brock winning the title from Bryan was indeed the plan all along, and that Cena was simply stepping in Bryan's place when Bryan got injured. If this had been the plans for Cena back before Bryan was hurt, I could believe it, but...

Also, the article made me laugh with "Eck believes the idea may have been ditched because Bieber was experiencing numerous personal problems last year and would have attracted boos from fans and therefore a negative response to Cena - who was WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the time.", as if Cena is somehow is a stranger to being booed out of the building or something.

There is no need to write three paragraphs about this shit. It's shit. Doesn't deserve the effort.

Are you a complete newb? This is kind of his thing.

To get back on topic, it sounds like the worst fucking thing in a long time. I'm so grateful that (if it was ever even a plan) it got scrapped.

I just thought it was interesting that it was being reported in mainstream media, not some wrestling site trading on rumours.

Just 'cause it involved Bieber.

I've been here longer than you. Maybe we can sit down, have a beer, and I'll tell ya about the good ol' days.

Why are you incapable of writing a coherent response in one simple paragraph.

This idea is just garbage, a heel Bieber would be gold. Bray Wyatt and John Cena didn't need Beiber, but he could have been placed somewhere else. Beiber being a Rosebud would have been gold.

Because that would make me like everybody else. :4/10:

On another note, I actually haven't made that many "long posts" in quite awhile. And if it means anything, I originally didn't have the second paragraph of that post included, but I decided to add it in there at the last moment since I thought it was a somewhat relevant point that was worth fleshing out.

Well it's hard for me to justify telling you to stop writing detailed posts. :bitw:
