I think I have seen both. Wrestling with Shadows was somewhat forgettable(which is probably why I don't remember much). As far content is concerned--you know dealing with sbustantive issues, Beyond the Matt, takes it away by far. Aside from that, the direction or the flow wasn't bad wither. Unique, substantive, and somewhat humble.
