Everything points to it being an execution shot, but it's still a bit of a mindfuck as it feels like such a waste. I guess the tide was swinging back to Tweet before it happened, so Occam's Razor and that, I'd say Tweet probably scum executioner that just wanted to shoot his shot. If that's the case then that actually reflects well on Barry as executioner and double voter both being scum would be OP.

He took a safe fake that was a vengeful townie, for whatever reason decided to change how it works and added a second step to it.

Instead of killing someone when I was lynched, he had me claim that when the town bodyguard was killed, I received a vig shot.

So I claimed vengeful townie, despite it never working that way, ever. So here he claims lie detector that can only be used at night, not commonly how the role works, and he gets a refund if he confirms a townie? Why? That makes no sense.

Without a cop you have to assume town only has one chance to catch a scum with an alignment role and one chance to kill scum with desperado? Or three shots to confirm townies, and no shots to catch scum? Seems like a really weird balance to me, but IDK.

My guess is lie detector is easily fake-able and can become poe so why not get a second chance to "catch" scum.

incorrect. the safe GIVEN fake claim was VT, which in the game you refused to take cause it was a shit fake at the time, and I believe you said it would sign your death warrant. I made it to vengeful towny with a twist to try and give you a shot at living a day or two more. Literally the one and only time I've done this, and I wouldn't say I was very good at it, either.

You also have to be fair here, those were two completely separate situations. Last game we were already down to two scum, and you were already heavily sussed. I had to come up with SOMETHING, since you sure as hell weren't, no offence...This game I softed way before any suspicion came my way, left a shit ton of bread crumbs, and quick claimed as soon as the J.O.B squad followed tweet. I don't think these are comparable at all tbh.

You have the following abilities:

Post Restriction: If a player votes for you during a day phase, you will take out a restraining order on them. You may not communicate with that player in any way until the following day phase. Any attempt to communicate with a player that fits this criteria may result in a mod-kill.

You may reveal that you have a post-restriction if you wish, however you may not specify what this post restriction is.

Win Condition: You win when all threats to The Law have been eliminated.

It is now Night 1, night will last 18 hours until 2/5 at 5.10PM or when all actions are received.​

Get out of my brain. But yeah, I completely agree here. I understand he had a lot of pressure on him, sure. But look at the contrast between myself and him for example. I got wagoned, claimed, went right back to hunting. Tweet got sussed, dipped and dodged for like 12 hours, finally claims, has a bunch of excuses, then just kind of makes token posts and doesn't even try to build a case on anyone really after his failed attempt on me. Not a good look.

Except that wasn't why Poyser was banned. Did literally anyone actually read the Fab/Swamps rule? He asked to be banned. I had to oblige. It was the rules.

If tweets is town I’d retake some stock in jeff and read his posts back etc. I’d strongly want to lynch him but I’ve read him as solid town for the majority of the game so idk, id be tempted not to

but seeing as magic has checked over this game I would STRONGLY suggest we don’t have a desperado, cop and lie detector that can become 2 shot

which is another point against tweet. Back when he was pretending to scumhunt, jeff was pretty much his only scum read. Yet he’s constantly tried to talk down setup speccing from a new host and ignored multiple people saying magic has checked it over and even made an effort to talk me out of lynching jeff. Tell me, as a townie that thinks jeff is scum, why would he do this?

I'll follow up here, and I dare anyone to try and deny this. I was online when Tweet was at 6 or 7. If I'm scum, I execute the shit out of him after he claims cop.
