No buys on a Poyser wagon currently, the wagon on Big Man hasn't exactly shown any results yet and it's way too early to try and discredit it as wasting time. Trying to preemptively portray it as such isn't very compelling.

maybe I'll change my opinion on your alignment, but I've no reason to follow people I'm explicitly not reading town at this juncture

"discredit" means harm the reputation of. OMGUS is unanimously regarded as poor play.

By the same token, I could just say "I am town" and you'll kick yourself for not even engaging on my case, while I've at least read yours and answered directly as to why I'm not following it
