Well, it's their pick. They can either be very well paid to be irrelevant and "wrestle" 2 minutes every week with an occasional good match on some Internet show that only the IWC watches (and deal with the hectic work shedule), or they can work for less money, a lighter shedule, and a much higher chance of decent exposure and relevancy. Just wanted to mention that money is the cause of lots of stuff.

It's her decision.
She could have gone to TNA if she's disappointed with the company's standing.
But she chose to retire. She's had a great run and that's all we can say for now.
