When you replay it over and over again, you notice the flaws. The combat isn't very intuitive, the enemies are hard as fuck, driving is a pain in the ass, boss fights are glorified bullet hell sections, and the voice acting can get *really* repetitive.

I'm not sorry if you think BL2 is even close to Mario World.

BL2 isn't close to Super Mario World. It is miles better in all aspects. SMW is like the Beatles - good because there was nothing else.
