For sure. It always manages to remain fun, it's not just a nostalgia thing with that game. I do have heavy amounts of nostalgia for it, but I can replay it today and just have as much fun completing it. San Andreas is the same way.

I think if Doom was up against most other games, I would vote for it. It was very influential for the FPS genre.
