Eric Bischoff... Austin started that god-awful boring chant that LW mentioned, no one cares about Coachman, and Vince hogged all the TV time. Eric always made RAW interesting, and people just flat-out hated him.

Can't go against the Bish. Great heel GM and always kept me entertained since his first day in June 2002.
