Best Psychological Thriller Games?

I've played Indigo Prophecy and I was wondering if there's any good game like it that you could recommend within the genre?

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem is by far the best of the bunch. It was made for GameCube and didn't do to well but everyone who has played has loved it. They had an awesome thing called a sanity meter and when it lowered different things would happen like monsters showing up who aren't really there or your tv fucking up. Sometimes the volume bar would pop up and change during the game. It's a pretty cool game.

There aren't many games I've played that fit this description, Psychological Thriller and Horror/Survival are pretty much the same from my position. But I'll go with Alan Wake. Repetitive yet intuitive gunplay, intimidating environments and a mindfucking story decorated by common TV show motifs. Cool plot for those who enjoy subtlety and symbolism.

I'm also tempted to mention Catherine if it counts, which it should since the gameplay takes place in the protagonist's mind. Maybe not the best game, but its easily the one of the most unique gaming experiences I've had.

But yeah, I'm really interested in AW. I'll probably download it next. Too bad the new one isn't for PC.

Catherine is not porn at all. The media just painted it that way because there are sexual/relashionship themes.

I remember FOX News doing a story calling Mass Effect 2 a "Porn Simulator" because you could romance people.
