Best promo guy

[Ace of Spades]

No doubt in my mind does this title belong to Mick Foley. The only guy who comes close to topping Foley would be Flair, but we all saw Foley tear up Ric in their promos leading up to their Summerslam 'I Quit' match.

Raven. I agree that Foley is one of the best promo guys,but Ravens promos are more poetic and intelligent,which is why he gets my vote.

I would go with Raven. Several of his old promos are on youtube and they are the really good ones. Raven had this flair to him that he could just pull off some great promos and then pull your emotions to one side or another. He was so poetic with his promos and just so masterful in his delivery of his promo. This was of course the ECW Raven not the WWE, WCW or TNA Raven

no prob.... Everyone should love Jason Sensation.
Ok Rock always did great promos. But I also loved Y2J's promos...funny stuff.
Stone Cold did great promos all during the attitude era. HBK is awesome but so is HHH especially when they are feuding. Loved Bret Hart too....theres been a ton of good promos but I think I got the best. Sorry guys, Ric Flair just never did it for me.

Oh yeah...hate to it admit it....but I always liked Kurt Angles promos. And Edge and Christian with the 5 second pose...classic.

I don't like CEna but he has charisma and cut a hell of a promo (especially during the Cena/Edge fued)

I think Foley has had some of, if not the best promos the wrestling world has ever seen. I mean, from his infamous "Cane Dewey" promo, to him spitting on the wCw Tag Title promo, to even more recent with Randy Orton in 2004 I believe it was (where he was standing in the ring, he bled from his eye, asked Orton to hawk a loogie in his face), to even the most recent where he was disgracing ECW after his Wrestlemania match with Edge. I think the emotion, the word choice and just the vibe around his promos are unmatched.

I totally forgot about Raven; I'd actually put him at number 2 on my list.
