The Matrix movies would not be anywhere near as good without Hugo Weaving, so he definitely gets the nod here. Very entertaining villain and I always got a kick out of him saying 'Mr. Anderson' Like I'm not very big on the sequels but they were entertaining and it was mostly down to Neo and Agent Smith scenes being so damn awesome

Nice contrast here. Ryder is a really underrated villain. Almost a madman on the level of Frank Booth. Has to be the actor's scariest role. Smith pushes him close for me because he was so important to The Matrix.
