Can I ask how long this took? As my gf got made redundant a few months back and is struggling for work.

Beards mate, i lived of redundancy for about 6 moths and then thought i would sign on and get a job quick but it took another 12 months. Depends on if she have qualifications though, as in although i have academic ones everyone seemed to want work placed ones like first aiders and health and safety certificates.

She was an Assistant Manager at a McDs but it was a franchise store and the owner went bankrupt so the store closed.

Uh, well. For one, meeting @Champ Johnson (wuv u m8) Another being going to mudda fucking Disney Land. Also meeting people like @THG? @JwabTV @Farooq @gav the chav @Mystical George and fuck it, even @Danielson Overall though, the best moment of 2013...knowing that me and @DK James are like a high school couple in a way that we can fight in a skype call and then two months later have make up calls and totally forget about it.

Easily transferable skills, just exaggerate the cv a bit, and if worst comes to the worst highlight the food handling part for food related jobs. I spent ages trying to get into another supervisors job and failed, mentioned in one interview i had (years ago) worked with food and got the job.
