Some things seemed to be scarier to others than I expected
Hell I should’ve just threw Biff from Back to the Future on my list. 
I mean he technically killer someone, even if that got fixed with time travel.

I've got no problems with Joker in this personally, especially Joaquin's performance which was pretty damn dark

I think the way Sid tortures the dolls and toys and the creepy giggles is more scary than Joker, personally. Plus, the "creations" he made.Ya. I can forgive that one more than I can Sid.
Sid literally dissects characters and puts them back together. There was a reason I nominated him so highly.
