Trick 'r Treat is a great movie, but I think I remember the whole thing more fondly than the actual character itself

I'm going with Alien here, especially because the design is super creepy and well-done

Still not seen Trick 'N' Treat. The Alien has one of the best creature designs ever, it was ahead of its time, and even today scares the shit out of me. Such a unpredictable beast too. Can show up anywhere.

The first Alien is a mix of horror and sci-fi for me. Cameron's sequel was more action mixed with scifi.
