Best Horror Film Villain

Since it is almost Halloween season, I thought this could be a great thread.
I am not big into horror films but I have watched A LOT of them growing up as a kid.
Blame my mother's excellent parenting skills for that one.. lol

Anyways, I made a poll above. Vote and share your thoughts. I am only adding major/well known killers.
If you think another one should be on the list (that I may have missed) who is well known, let me know.

Lavender, he has several sequels and is considered a cult classic in horror films. Trust me, he's a bad little dude!!

The best villian in horror film to me, is Chucky AKA Charles Lee Ray becuase that little mutha-funster comes back so many freakin' times whether in the same Good Guy doll or a brand new Good Guy doll plus his personality is wicked yet funny like Freddy Krueger or Leprechaun. AND THEY WORKING ON ANOTHER SEQUEL RIGHT NOW!!

Oh and don't forget about Jigsaw and maybe Annabelle @Solid Snake (not sure if that girl doll is really scaring people or not only seen one of her movies but she been in 3 films I believe?!)

I thought of adding Annabelle but I don't think that one was very popular. And Saw always came off as a gore drama not a true horror film. Maybe that is just me?
