Close one but I've seen Evil Dead more and it does stand out as being unique.

I actually think Caligari is definitely more unique but either way this is super close for me too. I'd rather rewatch Evil Dead bc it's more fun but I really love Caligari and I think it's just the better film so I'm giving it my vote here

I think that was my main reason for voting Evil Dead. Plus I've just seen it more than Caligari. Which I like too but I just remember that one less.
