Cena is the top dog right now. You gain momentum simply by being in the same ring with him.

Look at some of Cena's recent feuds and what happened to those guys shortly after;

Orton: Became WWE champion
Khali: Became WHC
Edge: Multiple time World and WWE champion
Umaga: The most over monster heel, in line to represent Raw at Mania.

Then you have HHH and HBK who can job over and over and never lose momentum.

Yea, it looks to me like Cena has ruined the careers of every single guy he has faced over the last two years.

When is Cena's entrance stale? No matter what the situation is, he always get a reaction one way or the other. Whether its a boo, or cheer or both, it seems like he gets the loudest reactions every week, so to call that stale, is a bit of an understatement if you ask me.
