Evil Uno shares an update on Being The Dark Order.
Being The Elite began in 2016, and it was primarily a travel vlog for the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega before it became an episodic show that was used to further storylines. In November 2023, Being The Elite became Being The Dark Order, as Evil Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds took over the show. They continued to post episodes. However, the show had not posted a new episode in recent weeks. That changed on August 26, as the trio shared an episode that highlighted AEW All In.

Being The Dark Order, Evil Uno announced that they would be reducing the amount of episodes that they released, as they wanted to give fans content that was worth watching, and they were trying to focus on some bigger roles in AEW.
“We actually have some news. You probably have seen the last few weeks we have not uploaded any BTDOs. Part of that is because we have become very, very busy, but also another part of that is because we have made the decision to try to reduce the amount of BTDOs we will be releasing. In the future, we don’t think this show will come out week to week. A big part of that is because we feel like we’re giving you an inferior piece of content than what we used too. The appetite for it, not from you, but from the people backstage is a lot harder than it used to be. With more of a roster, it is actually more work to be done because there’s more people to put time into, including ourselves. We’ve been here for five years now, and we’re trying to start a focus on some bigger roles in AEW, be it on-screen or backstage. So we wanted to take this time to tell you that we have appreciated the support for, it’s been about four years. We don’t want to say that this was all for nothing because it was not. I don’t think that we would be who we are today, or where we are today, if it were not for BTDO," Evil Uno said.
Reynolds noted that he and Silver would not have gotten jobs if not for the show, and Uno replied by saying that they had not been employed for their first year-and-a-half on television. He retreated that they wanted to make sure that they were putting on a product that was worth watching.
"Probably not. Little known fact, these boys were not employed for almost a year and a half of time on television. So if it wasn’t for BTDO or BTE, who knows where Dark Order would be today? But we believe at this time, the best decision is to make sure that when we make an episode for you, it is in fact one worth watching," Uno said.
The trio noted that this wasn’t a goodbye but a "see you later", and they again thanked fans for their support.
Reynolds and Uno previously said that they did not want anyone else to join Dark Order at the moment. More information is available
