I really can't say Chris. It think it would be between this period in WCW, or his last WWE run, But I haven't seen enough if this WCW run to judge, I just know he was in some great matches.

He never really had a chance against the best guys during this time in WCW which was disappointing, outside of matches like this he was always in singles against some meh midcarders which I think hurts this run
