Although "Breaking Bad" will no doubt go down in history as one of the best TV shows of all time, series creator Vince Gilligan has one small regret: Jesse Pinkman's (Aaron Paul) perfect teeth.
"I wish Jesse’s teeth had been a little more realistic, a little more messed up ... [Jesse] smoked a lot of meth, and that smoke eats the enamel right off of teeth," Gilligan told EW.
"And furthermore, this poor kid got beat up two or three times a season ... and his teeth were still absolutely perfect," he continued. "So if we could’ve done a little something to them … But on the other hand, Aaron is such a good-looking guy that maybe that counts as poetic license that we kept his teeth looking nice."
Luckily, Gilligan may have another chance with Jesse's teeth if he appears on the "Breaking Bad" spinoff "Better Call Saul."
"Personally, I'd have a hard time resisting putting all these guys in for a cameo or two every now and then," Gilligan told THR in October of the spinoff, which will center on the life of everyone's favorite sleazy lawyer, Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk).
"Better Call Saul" is set to premiere later this year.
