EA and Sony just announced a bundle of exclusive extras coming to the PS3 versions of three multiplatform EA games.

For SSX, it's an exclusive Mt. Fuji level. For Need for Speed: The Run, it's seven exclusive supercars including the Bugatti Veyron. The PS3 version of Battlefield 3 will come with a free copy of Battlefield 1943.

Another great deal. Glad I have yet to get Battlefield 1943 but I don't think it's a huge deal since most have bought it online or got it with Bad Company 2. Should be Battlefield 1942.

Yay, you get a 2+ year old game for free that nobody plays anymore. What a deal!

Rofl. It's a better deal than paying fucking 60 dollars to play online. Pathetic attempt at an insult to PS3 when you're paying 60 dollars to play online. People still play it too. Not as active as Bad Company or COD but it's still played.

So you're paying 60 bucks for a two+ year old game to play its single player?

What? Pretty sure Battlefield 1943 doesn't even have a campaign. Battlefield 3 will be the meat of my purchase, 1943 is just a nice extra. Though, I do with I was getting it on PC because it's leagues ahead of PS3/XBOX versions.
