Title says it all really, this is just a thread where I can share musical artists or songs I really like. Maybe something people haven't heard before, or perhaps really popular stuff that people can discuss. It's up to you to like it or not. :p

First set of songs by Goblin, they're an Italian prog-rock band from the 70s famous for making several soundtracks to Giallo films.

(Improperly attributed to Giorgio Gaslini, but it is in fact Goblin)

(Improperly titled, real title is "Death Dies")

(Improperly titled, real title is "Mad Puppet")

(Improperly titled, real title is "Deep Shadow")

Today I'll be sharing a relatively local band, who has garnered significant praise over the years, and additionally has been a regular on the Vans Warped Tour since 2005: Motion City Soundtrack. From Minneapolis, Minnesota, founded in 1997, MCS has utilized a unique mix of pop-punk sensibilities with poetic, flourishing, and often-times self-critical lyrics from the mind and voice of Justin Courtney Pierre. The songs of MCS often delve into topics like life, death, addiction, depression, obsessive-compulsion, mental health, and pessimism.

They will be having a new album releasing just this September, their first since initially breaking up in 2020.

Awesome band, pretty much a staple of any pop-punk playlist I put together. Everything is Alright was my first introduction to them and I was glad to discover a lot of their other stuff as it's equally as great if not better.
