And, that's sorry to say a very simplistic way of approaching mafia. You always have to account meta, no matter the player. There is not a one size fit all approach to reading players.

With Tweet, its just gut really. I agree with CP, he seems very suspicious and I don't believe the reads and reasons he have given are genuuine.
