Barrett's Tattoos

So I'm watching Smackdown right now and Barrett has a new tattoo on his right arm. It appears to be a rose or a flower of a red hue. I can't be too sure because I can't get a good look at it. I do have a question though, does anyone know what the one on his left arm is of? I've never been able to figure it out.

The first is a barbwire tattoo on his left deltoid. He later expanded it to cover the entire deltoid. The second is a tribal design directly underneath the former tattoo. (Wikipedia)

Recently on 5th of December Raw, he sported a new tattoo that represents his home town of Lancashire, England

Yeah I didn't realize there were words around the roses. I know he has one on the jacket that he wears to the ring so I figured it tied into England somehow. As for the other one I now understand why I couldn't make it out because its more or less a cluster of tattoos together. Thanks for the feedback dudes. I appreciate it.
