It appears Stardust attacking partner King Barrett on last night’s RAW from Brooklyn was WWE’s way of writing him off TV for the time being.

It’s worth noting that Barrett changed his Twitter name from Wade Barrett to his real name today – Stu Bennett.

Barrett confirmed last week on Twitter that he will begin filming WWE Studios action-thriller “Eliminators” in September. He’s currently on his way back to the UK as he wrote the following on Twitter:

Hopefully he comes back as Bad News Barrett and WWE stops treating him like a clown.

Hopefully he returns without this generic "King Barrett" shit. They finally found a perfect gimmick for Barrett with the "Bad News" stuff, and then they fucked it up by stripping it away from him.
