Bandido suffers wrist injury, needs surgery

Been some bad luck for sure, same with WWE as well, I believe Gargano and Candice both got injured in short order after their debut. didn't take too long for Cody to miss a long time either. I know it's happened with a few AEW peeps too I just can't think of an immediate example

I don't know what the ceiling for Bandido is in AEW but he'll have to get a real good groundswell of support to really be pushed to the upper card because realistically he's not the best promo, though he does a charisma that comes through in his performances. But frankly, if Penta, Fenix and RUSH aren't cracking through the upper crust, I don't think Bandido is going to without something drastic happening.

Anyways I think it's fine for him to be in the midcard/tag/trios division for the foreseeable future, especially at his age and with all the talent in AEW. I definitely liked the angle of putting him with Best Friends, even temporarily, more than pigeonholing him into the unofficial lucha division.

I think Bandido is used fine considering his visa issues. Maybe he could have a few more wins but I get that someone has to lose
