This gimmick is awesome. Barrett is getting over thanks to his smug, cocky heel persona that you can't help love as he looks like he is having such a blast under this reinvention. How far this can go who know but Barrett is a dude who with the changes in WWE at the min and guys like Cesaro and Bryan receiving huge pushes is a man who can thrive. Personally I'm all for it always been a fan of his and hell when a performer enjoys what they are doing it shows and makes it all the more entertaining.

Yeah, as said, it's a pretty good idea and Wade's great at doing it. They just have to give him better material.

At first I was skeptical, but the gimmick ended up growing on me, the crowd seems to like it too, I think I'm just a mark at heart, thank god(Me) for that

Was speaking to @Rysenberg earlier about this, but how awesome would it be if he would just appear in random backstage/ring segments? Like, the unrealism of not noticing this fat ass podium there would be comedy gold. Can you not imagine some jobbers like Sheamus and Big Show having an argument, and boom this podium appears right beside them backstage where Barrett cuts this bad news promo.

He's so damn good at it too. Barrett, marry me, you sexy beast. We need a smiley of the podium rising with him on it too.

Take it back, heel Batista could put on a t-shirt and it would be funnier than anything Barrett does
Enlighten yourself to Austin circa 96-97 when he was given the green light to talk as he pleased
Finally, nothing beats Mark Henry .... pretty much ever
Mark Henry outrunning Nexus...
Mark Henry blowing sh** up ...
Mark Henry rubbing Orton. The least boring Orton has looked since 09 (watch referee Charles Robinson...

Barrett is a fantastic talent, for sure. He should have had the gimmick Orton had with the authority. The NXT season 1/Nexus/Bryan firing could have fit well with the Authority angle

Man, watching Henry kill the sound guy again just made me remember how great heel Henry was in 2011. I miss that.

Once again it all comes down to booking... I think the sky is the limit for BNB if booked correctly... As much as I like Big E, I do believe that Barrett should win the IC title this Sunday.. he has more momentum and fan backing right now.
