I would not hold it against anybody if they ate mentally disabled people, adults or children. That would barely be murder.
Trees are a bunch of selfless hippies.
I appreciate their self sacrifice for the sake of other trees. I like their oxygen too, but I am a hypocrite. I love paper!

Actually fruits and vegetables are members of the plantae kingdom. They feature cell walls and utilize photosynthesis to convert sunlight into its own energy.

Animals and humans both belong to kingdom animalia. The root word anima means "breath, spirit". I'm not suggesting you don't already know this but OTHER people consistently claim plants contain a vegetative soul. It's just not true.
