Back For The Attack [NWA] - March Event #3

The NWA is back - literally. And it will also act as one of two events that will be taking place this Sunday. It will be classified as Event #3 for March, with Fastlane being classified as Event #4 meaning that it is possible that the WPC Grand Prix Event Championship could change hands twice over the course of the same day. For brevity, but also not to post two prediction cards on the same day - at the time of posting there were only five matches announced for the card. So that is the number of matches that will be up for prediction for this event. Good luck to all those involved in the quest for the March Cup.

Back For The Attack [NWA] - March Event #3 Results

The results from the NWA return show are in and I can confirm that we have a new WPC Grand Prix Event Champion - although this reign may last for as long as it takes me to watch Fastlane tomorrow. With five matches being predicted on - I can confirm that a perfect score was not achieved by anyone. However, I can reveal that everyone in the field backed Aldis to win. Whilst only one person corrected predicted that Kamille would beat Thunder Rosa. Focusing on the scores, a majority of the field posted a positive scored of 3-2, with unfortunately our only new entry MachoDan sitting bottom of the pile at 1-4. Welcome to the WPC - and hoping for better luck next time. Posting a score of 4-1 a begin congratulations are in order for our...

...Adapting! Adapting claims the belt for himself but also in an interesting turn of events, our first champion was also the January Cup winner, whilst our second champion was the February Cup winner! Perhaps are the third champion, is destined for the March Cup? Below are the completed standings for the event:

The overall standings are hard to spot in terms of difference, apart from any advantages held by those who didn't make any predictions having been lost slightly. Chris' lead of Jeff has increased, although this is because Jeff Valley Driver did not make any predictions for this event. At the same though Mr. Flash and Adapting are now right on Jeff's heel's. As mentioned earlier - the results for Event #4 will be posted once I have personally watched FastLane, which means Adapting can enjoy his time at the new WPC Grand Prix Event Champion at least for the next twelve hours or so - unless of course he retains the belt, which we all know is something he is capable of.​
