WWE Star In Line For Push

source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Vince McMahon made the decision in the past week or two to give Chris Masters a renewed push.

suppisedly he's using a new finisher, a re-done version of the Electric Chair Drop. I knew Masters would get a push soon, i'm guessing this would set up Cena vs. Masters soon.

I think you mean Masters vs santino marella. Masters is no where near main event status yet.

I agree with Montana's post. Masters is nowhere near ME status and a feud for the IC title would seem more likely. I just hope he drops the Masterlock Challenge gimmick. That got old real fast.

He should keep the Masterlock in use, but I've always thought that a wrestler should have an impact finisher as well as a submission finisher.

That's just me though.

CHANDLER, Ariz. – Chandler police detectives arrested a care provider and her boyfriend on child abuse charges after an infant was found with 14 broken bones.

Angelica Jimenez, 25, was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on one count of child abuse and hindering prosecution. Steven Saldana, 30, was booked on three counts of child abuse.

According to police spokesman Detective Seth Tyler, the 4-month-old girl, who had been placed in Jimenez's care by Chld Protective Services, was taken to a local hospital on Aug. 3 after Jimenez discovered she wasn't breathing and was having seizures.

The couple were able to resuscitate the infant at Jimenez's apartment.

After numerous tests, doctors discovered the baby had 14 broken bones in her legs and ribs, a cigarette burn to her left arm, multiple bruises and abrasions.

Jimenez initially told investigators she was alone when the infant stopped breathing. However, detectives learned Saldana, a convicted felon with a long criminal history, was staying at Jimenez's home at the time.

When CPS initially placed the baby in Jimenez's care, she said her boyfriend did not reside with her, according to Tyler.

Investigators said Saldana began abusing the infant on July 31. They said Jimenez never reported the incident to police or CPS and allowed Saldana to return to her home on Aug. 2 where he reportedly continued the abuse.

Detectives arrested Saldana and Jimenez Tuesday in Mesa
