Can you tell me with a straight e-face that you think these vignettes are good? I get mystery is what they're going for, but it was a guy's shadow with absolutely amateur editing. His words randomly on repeat with the pitch lowered - oh hell I'm so excited now!

Haha, was just asking. I know jack shit about production (probably many people here too), but think this is an ok video for something that'll probably never air on TV. For TV standards, it'd be bad, ok. For a one week online hype, I feel it's enough.

I kinda forgot it wasn't on TV, I've only been sporadically following TNA's product as of late. IMO it's stupid to have a hype that is getting this much attention (over 190k views on one of the videos, large for TNA) NOT on TV, but I guess if it's someone rather anticlimactic then not hyping it up too much is probably the right thing. With it being online you can rule out any big names that would be pleasantly surprising.

Why isn't this on TV? Don't know, either they made a deal with this guy(s) too late to put it on Impact or it's what you said - it's simply not a big name.

The production values on this thing are kind of high school video editing class level (We did things like this when I took that course). But I can see them not putting that much money on production considering the angle is just playing out over youtube and twitter.

He's still signed on for ROH in Toronto on August 3rd though for all I know.
Davey is a possibility but I'll hold of on shouting "DAVEY!" until ROH makes a move.
