He has all the charisma, and his look is what got the fans behind him. WHen I saw him, I thought of a Wild Samoan or the suckier NBA Lopez brother. He probably will get better because of the guys that could help him in the ring like Finlay.
LOL at the Robin Lopez joke, I wasn't impressed by Atlas at all. I mean the whole match against Armando Estrada made look like an underdog against a guy who's really a manager. The only part of the match that I really watched was that dropkick. The rest of the match I felt I was watching those local Indy matches on the Public Access Channel. But hopefully Atlas can prove himself and show that he has some mic skills and charisma so he can get pushed because ECW is coming off pretty good with it's young talent so far.

His real name, Atlas Dabone, would be muich better IMO, it sounds like "al capone" and it sounds like amob name. Then they could give him the gimmick of like a mobster, from cuba or some shit, considering fromw hat Ive seen (a low quality video on youtube) he looks like that sort of.

Actually his real name is Rich Young ...the only reason I know that is because he played football at the University of Tulsa a couple years back...pretty good LB. But wrestling wise, he looks pretty good....nobody in Tulsa seemed to know who he was....kind of killed that match. He was like :59: and we were like :noexpression:....though there was some heat on Estrada. He looks great in the ring, hopefully he doesn't get pushed too far.

what i saw of him..

He had energy and potential in that energy, the Crowd got behind in which was nice...

but my problem is i think he is still green...

while if you compared to cabana.. You would be wondering why cabana wasn't chosen before him, but i they think cabana not ready or he just might be overlooked...

The guy has charisma which is a good point but in terms of his debut, it didn't impress me too much. The match with Estrada was bland, bland, I agree with what others have said in that, he kind of looked lost/unsure at times. I don't think it would be right to judge the guy too much yet, we'll see how he develops.

But yeah, the moment Teddy said 'New talent initiative' I immediately thought of Colt Cobana!

Just watched the match.... Not enough on show in the ring to form an opinion, but as others have said, charisma shouldn't be a problem.
