So far its looking good, although the teaser shows you little there are clues. The game will take place in Italy and you can swim . You play as Ezio. Also on the website if you click the sign that loads up after the video it will allow you to download it and print it out. If you have a webcam activate Animus and hold up the sign you just printed, its fucking awesome.

This months Gameinformer (April 20th) will have more info and This man will be on the cover, Ezio.

All I know is I want someone to make that belt real so i can wear it plus the hidden blades would be awesome. Also I noticed he has all his fingers? ​

I wonder if its a prequel, or a sequel. They found what they were looking for with Desmond, right? Why need another subject?

I'm guessing Assassin's Creed 3 will also be prequel. Assassin's Creed 4, and Assassin's Creed 5 will go back to Desmond/Altair.

I heard that there would be five games. Which would be awesome!

Did you not notice the woman at the end was marked as an ally in eagle-vision?

My money is that either she screwed something up or they can't find the exact location of whatever it was they were looking for in your memory (orb or something wasn't it?)

It's been a while since I played the original, which had it's good points but overall was a bit of a disappointment due to every build up mission being exactly the same (and having to ride from your base at the beginning of every damn chapter), so I'm hoping that this will be a massive improvement given how cool the concept is.

It could have been so much better than it was Stinger. To quote Zero Punctuation: "It's like the makers of the game don't realise what it is that makes their game fun." The freerunning over rooftops is amazing, working out the approach to the level-ending kill is amazing. What is not amazing is having to listen to a conversation, then follow some dude and beat him up, then do some other random quest in every city before you can actually do anything entertaining.

The graphics were amazing and the concept was awesome, but they spent too much time making their game expansive and not enough focusing on making your information gathering feel like actual information gathering rather than an arbitrary game-lengthening exercise.

Having said that I'm still really looking forward to the sequel, because I did enjoy Assasin's Creed 1 and if they can fix the bad points then this will probably kick incomprehensible amounts of arse.

- You'll have a ton of new weapons to choose from including an axe, a hammer, a mace, a spear, 2 different sword types, a spear axe, and 2 smaller blades
- You CAN swim
- Da Vincis workshop is in the game
- Locations include Saint Marks Basilica, The Grand Canal, The Little Canal, and the Rialto bridge.
- The game opens in 1476, Altair is from 1191
- So you do indeed play as a new ancestor of Altair / Desmond
-You will see the countryside of Tuscany
- The "Auditore" family is mentioned
- The main characters name is Ezio Auditore de Firenze
- He is a nobleman of Florence
- Big characters are in the game including Machiavelli, Caterina Sofrza, and Lorenzo de Medici
- YOU DO INDEED GLIDE on Da Vincis flying machine.
- Game will feature a new notoriety system that governs how enemy soldiers and people will treat you.
- You can disarm enemies and use their own weapons against them this time.
- Each weapon has a special move.
- 16 unique mission types.
- No more ease dropping or pick pocketing missions.
- If you get beat up to much you will need to see a street side doctor to regain full strength.
- Hidden objects (like flags in the first one) are there to uncover but this time if you track them down you will get in-game bonuses that make it worth your time.
- Items include, flags, statues, and gold coins and more that isnt mentioned.
- New enemy types with unique attitudes and weaknesses are present in the game. Archers are mentioned, as well as elite enemies, dagger wielders, "Brutish" armored troops with heavy armor and 2 handed swords and axes, and an intelligent halberd enemy will probe hiding places with their weapons if they think you're near by.
- While hiding in a hay bail you can assassinate people this time, but it may expose your position.
- You can still climb towers and ride horses
- The Lorendo de Medici assassination attempt is in the game.
- There is now a night and day sequence in the game.
- 240 people are working on this title.
