Good question.

Somewhat. I think violence is a little too prevalent in the indies sometimes, but that particular spot was handled by Melissa and Daizee Haze who knew how to protect herself to prevent serious injury. It's to the points where CZW and the like use dangerous weapons and life threatening spots that get too gruesome for me. There's room for error in my sig's instance to where the likelihood of actual damage is smaller while still maintaining a memorable visual

My biggest concern regarding that spot is that if Haze was unable to protect her head or even was just off by an inch one single blow to the temple could easily kill her.

Absolutely. But the good thing though is that the railing braced and moved back so that's where the margin for error I talked about comes in. Melissa's done it before on the railing and steel steps many times and been more dangerous. So it's good that as you said, Daizee got her hands up, especially with all the new information on concussions in wrestling. I'm kind of glad she took the big swing slam out of her arsenal in TNA as of now. The barrier is stiffer in the Impact Zone and the knockouts wouldn't be ready for that type of thing.

If you were given the money to create your own wrestling promotion and had to choose 20 wrestlkers to be on your original roster, who would they be and why? Must be somewhat realistic, so no Rocky.

Is this going to be based off of who I think will draw, who I think are the best, or who I could think I could sign? So like none of the biggest guys. Cause just look at the DWA roster if it's the latter. >_>

Talent that would make a wrestling promotion successful, obv. And try to be realistic with who you could sign.

Hmm...

AJ Styles
Jimmy Jacobs
Shelton Benjamin
D'Angelo Diniero
Christian
Kane
Chuck Taylor
Chris Hero
Hallowicked
Mistico
Melissa Anderson
Micheal Tarver
Ricky Steamboat Jr.
Samoa Joe
Jack Evans
Goldberg
Excalibur
Colt Cabana
Rob Van Dam
Kid Kash

Tried to stay away from US foreigners (besides Mistico), tag teams, women and all smaller guys and mix the roster up a bit to some who I think could draw and be built up to be stars. Melissa would fight the guys and Goldberg would probably just be part time.

1. Why thus far have you failed to actually answer the majority of the specific questions as they have been asked?

E.G. The Gail Kim one.

A little bit of old school for you....

2. If Rick Rude didn't beat Ultimate Warrior @ Wrestlemania 5 for the IC title who would you have had him fued with next and WHY?

3. Jake the Snake was mega over as a face in the late 80's. If you had to book him as champ... What title? ...When? ...At what event? ...And who would you have had him beat for said title?

Explanation on each of these people for who you've 'signed' plz. Doesn't need to be big, just interested as to how you'd slot them in and why you feel they'd be a good signing.

I think they're all talented in some way so i'll just go on how i'd use them.

AJ, Jacobs, Shelton, Diniero and Christian would be my full time Main Eventers, headlining cards and getting the most attention. I'd probably try and keep All of them face for awhile before tensions explode and a couple get greedy. Possibly have AJ and Shelton be rivals playing a neverending game of oneupsmanship with each other.

Kane would be the monster of the promotion and i'd try and milk whatever he's got left

Hero would probably be at the head of the midcard for awhile, and being an ace in the hole if a top guy goes down.

Chucky T would get a lot of love in my promotion. I think his comedy should stay but I would have him be an opener for a little while, possibly a cruiserweight type champion.

James cont.

Hallowicked would be an asset as more of an attraction than a serious contender to anything. His look and style are very good so I might repackage him as something serious after a few jobbings.

Mistico would be the Rey Mysterio of my promotion, i'd market him more towards adults though. I'd get over just how big he is in Mexico before debuting him. An upper midcarder that could be placed into world title matches.

Melissa would obviously be a special attraction. I'd give her a monster push tbh. Maybe even have her injure somebody. Upper midcarder. But honestly, I wouldn't be afraid to put a belt on her at some point.

Micheal Tarver would be a rookie pretty much, capitalizing off the UFC gimmick for some popularity. But he would just be an opening act to start.

Ricky Steamboat Jr. has the name and is pretty good. Lower carder at first though just to bank on the name.

Samoa Joe would be my established renegade of the roster feuding up and down the card, it would be ROH Joe all over again

Jack Evans would be a jobber just to get people excited. The guy's got cooler moves than anybody.

Goldberg would be a part timer and an announcer/interviewer, maybe even Joe's friend of some sort. Let him show some personality is what i'd do.

Excalibur would be a comedy character. Like a more comedic version of Goldberg.

Colt Cabana i'd try to put in a position to shine verbally. Not quite ready for a top tier position, but i'd probably have him opposite of Hero at the top of the midcard.

RVD would be a name value upper midcarder. He'd mostly be used to get the younger guys over though. Possibly form a tag team with somebody.

Kid Kash would be a wild card. I'd try to give him a kind of cunning mastermind character but then shades of an Orton-like Psycho. A heel but not afraid of anybody, i'd try to get him as many enemies as possible quick. + Name value.

Good job, James. Hope that explains enough.

1.? I've answered all of them except for the Bret one which I wanna wait and see on. They've used Gail horribly and I said that. While also stating she hasn't performed the best which could be why. What more do you want from me? >_>

2. A little before my time but I know what was going on then. Just warning you if all my stuff ain't perfectly straight.

I was never a big fan of Rude as far as the Hogan era WWF goes, but looking at how he won the match which was because of Heenan, had he lost to Warrior, he could have turned face and have Brain turn on him, leading Heenan to pick a new guy to manage coming in, and have him beat down Rude. I think that's really the only way they could have gone with him. Or he could have stayed heel and fast forwarded his feud with Piper by a few months. I personally liked his feud with Jake and would have liked that to add another chapter to their story. He's one of the best ever in wrestling psychology and pulled the best from Rude.

3. Like I said, love Jake. He's pretty underrated when it comes to the all time greats. But he had a slight feud as a "heel" with Hogan and everybody was totally backing Jake! One title run over Hogan would have been fine. I think Hulkamania could have still lived on just fine if Roberts won the tournament at WM 4 in '88. I think it would have been cool if the aforementioned Rude and Roberts main evented the show and Roberts won the World title then. Probably holding it until Summerslam or Survivor Series the same year, dropping to Savage/Hogan. I really wish he would have gotten more spotlight, he was years ahead of his time as a wrestler, and still enjoy looking back on "The Snake's" antics to this day.

I hope I answered your questions well enough. =/

What are your thoughts on the next TNA PPV? How well do you think theyve hyped it and what matches sound good/bad etc?

What are your thoughts on Christopher Daniels, do you think he could have been on the very same level of AJ if pushed right?

Do you still follow ROH? If so, what do you think of Austin Aries' second and current title reign? Who would you like to see him face before dropping the belt? (Besides KENTA :p)
