AKA: This thread's been done a ton before, but I feel like I don't talk about wrestling enough on here. So i've made a thread to harbor that in this one.

Not to brag or anything, but I think i'm pretty damn knowledgeable when it comes to the subject, even though my opinions don't always go with the flow of things. And i'm definitely a big fan. I've seen it all pretty much when it comes to current promotions, and i've been watching WWF/E since I was 3 years old, that's pre-Attitude folks. So we can talk old school stuff as well. I hope my answers can spark some discussion so feel free to comment back. I don't see that enough in most question threads. Just a couple of rules.

I can't type as many lines as i'd like so keep the questions to 3 max per post. "Rate wrestlers" questions to 8 wrestlers max per post.

I ain't answering any other kinda questions in this thread besides wrestling. So no crap. If I get enough responses here, i'll make a second thread in Casual Talk for those.

Ask away if you'd like...

Why are you so full of yourself?

Why are you such a dumb mark?

What are your reactions to me not following your rules?

I'm not.

Because wrestling wouldn't be fun if I never had favorites.

I'm not surprised at this from you at all, tbh. You did kinda ask a wrestling question though, so I don't know.

What five guys on each brand of the WWE have the most potential to move further up the card at THIS stage of their career, and why?

Will ROH be dead in two years time?

Have you ever seen any Mark Sloan matches? If so, what are your thoughts on him?

Your thoughts on British wrestling as a whole?

That should keep you busy, bud.

James' Questions: I said 3, stupid. >_> + Multi-posts. D:

1. There's only a couple of guys I see moving up anyway so no 5 per brand.
Raw: Chris Masters: He's getting super over as a face, it's not like it'll be that hard to give him a few wins and some cred.
Carlito: They've just gotta give him a real push and keep on it. I'm not his biggest fan in the ring, but he's got mic skills out his ass. He won me over at the Slammys tbh.
Cody Rhodes: I hate his other faction members, but Cody's impressed me of late. He's pretty natural on the mic sans-lisp and he's absolutely solid in the ring. Honestly, I think he's a darkhorse to win the Rumble.

SD:
R-Truth: He has no value in my eyes, but he's over with his horrible rapping. And IF he comes out on top in his Punk feud on-air, he could move up.
Drew Mcintyre: Future World champ: Nuff said. But honestly, I like the guy so I think he could move up pretty quick.

Matt Hardy: It's a joke that he's not a former World champ by now, boring or not. Dolph and crew aren't ready yet and Matt could move up just fine NOW.

ECW:
Yoshi Tatsu: Another guy I don't really like. His skills are okay compared to some of the WWE guys though, so it wouldn't be the worst thing ever. He's over, his style is fresh. Gotta get a mouthpiece though.
???: :shifty: Now I may be telegraphing this a bit, but in theory "The Best In The World" is coming and everybody already knows about his skills. He's got friends in high places too. Whatever they'll call him has a real shot in my eyes.

2. ROH is in hot water pretty much, and it's came pretty quick on them. There's been some mistakes made, some key losses. But I think with smart booking they can get through this hard time. And I have confidence that they'll right some wrongs in '10, starting with getting Jimmy back and making up for him getting buried last time.

3. Mark could be the most talented guy in all of British wrestling. He trained Katie Lea so he automatically is awesome. As far as a wrestler, he's had more than a few awesome matches. Hade Vansen, Joel Redmond and Zebra Kid were some of my favorites.

4. I don't get to see a whole heck of a lot. And honestly, it's kind of in trouble at this point as a whole. From what i've heard they can't draw. NOAH didn't have good numbers there. As far as talented wresters there go, there's a few that have potential. RJ Singh is probably my favorite, because I am almost exclusive to following FWA. Jonny Storm, Martin Stone, Bubble Gum, Lionheart. They've all got talent despite being undersized. There's more, but they're just in a weird place in terms of getting their style "out there" more.

So many posts! D: Sorry. It's the PS3 typing limit but I didn't wanna half ass anything so this is how i'll do it I guess. =/

Thanks for the questions!

Thoughts on how the WWE have used Gail Kim? :shifty:

Do you think that Shelton Benjamin will realistically win anymore titles in the WWE at his rate, and if so, which ones and when?

When are you going to stop using that jobber PS3?

Horribly. She could be the divas' best wrestler and she's lower on the totem pole than McTrash and Alicia Fox. :n: But she hasn't performed as good as she can, so being in that company probably took out her will to wrestle.

I see him the same as I see Christian. He'll just lose to everyone if taken up to Raw or SD. He's so good in the ring that he'll always have enough credibility to throw into midcard title matches and World title multi-man matches. But if he doesn't win the ECW Title soon or MITB, he's pretty much out of luck in WWE. It'll pretty much take a miracle for him to win anything.

When are you going to stop using that jobber PS3?

When my computer gets fixed and lets me on IWF. :(

Do you think that last gif in your signature is a bit much? Like, is it too dangerous for what it accomplishes?

Who do you see going further in WWE, Low Ki or AmDrag? Also, who would you like to see go further?

What would you like to see Chuck Taylor do in 2010, where would you like to see him go or see him face?

Your thoughts on Bret Hart possibly returning to WWE, if he was to have one last match who would you like to see him face?

Mizmasta:

1. I'm not really sure yet. It'll all depends on what they do with him that's important. I think it could be a big mistake if they have any Wrestlemania plans for him, but I doubt he's in the cards for that. So waiting to call him up is probably what's best to think up some good plans for him, even though i'm anxious for his debut.

2. Miz: Awful wrestler and annoying. He's slightly more tolerable than Santino and Triple H, that's about it. 2/10

Morrison: No skills, he's good at flipping around though. 2/10

Ryder: I always knew he'd be something special. They just have to get ugly Rosa away from him and he could be a star someday. 7/10

Swagger: I'm a fan of his and I think he deserves better than what's happening now. Needs new finisher though. 7.5/10

MVP: Pretty overrated ring wise from what i've seen. But he's got mic skills and plays his character well. Shouldn't be in limbo. 7/10

Mark Henry: Decent big man who can play a character okay. Nothing more, nothing less. 5/10

Good question.

Somewhat. I think violence is a little too prevalent in the indies sometimes, but that particular spot was handled by Melissa and Daizee Haze who knew how to protect herself to prevent serious injury. It's to the points where CZW and the like use dangerous weapons and life threatening spots that get too gruesome for me. There's room for error in my sig's instance to where the likelihood of actual damage is smaller while still maintaining a memorable visual.

1. I think neither will reach their full potential, but Dragon is more "WWE ready" despite "Kaval" being in FCW for awhile. He's gotta get over those injuries too. I like the guy. but Dragon can get over more talking I think, so i'd pick him. I'm also a bigger fan of Danielson's. :D But I honestly hope they're both world champs in the future. Love 'em both.

2. I'd like him to get signed by TNA/WWE or at least ROH ( animosity aside on ROH's part) so i'd see him more. My top 5 dream opponents/feuds for 2010 are
Chris Hero
Jimmy Jacobs
Kenny Omega
Motor City Machine Guns
Quackenbush

3. Mixed. Ask me again after he does something with WWE. The one match for me would have to be against Jericho. Everybody says HBK but we've never seen Hart/Y2J and i'd LOVE to see that match happen somehow and what would go down, even now.

Thanks, guys. And MM + points for liking Demi. I knew from the reps.
