Artists who change their image/music and present it as the 'real' them?

Angle should just learn to shut his mouth. The guys a friggin nut job now who thinks he is the biggest name in wrestling.

Maybe Angle shoudl focus his efforts on trying to make changes to the TNA product rather showing his bitterness by taking shots at WWE wrestlers.

Angle is going to get his ass kicked.He's talked alot of crap lately and thinks hes safe over in TNA.Well even if he is angry he doesnt need to start talking crap.Batista isnt like the greatest in the world or anything but he has a fan base,puts on decent matches and sometimes great but he has his flaws.Come to think of it so does Angle and Angle shouldnt try to pick a fight with Batsita...

How many artists come out with a new album (usually their sophomore CD) with a whole new sound and/or image and claim that its their 'real' personality? Also, how many times do they blame it on marketing or record labels?

P!nk ("Mizunderstood") - Abandons R&B, refers to it being a Pop record, increasingly goes for a more 'rock' sound, claims that the media compared her to Britney Spears (that never happened), etc.

Justin Timberlake ("Justified") - Sang country music on Star Search wearing a cowboy hat and boot spurs, later claims to grow up listening to Donny Hathaway and Marvin Gaye. Goes solo from NSYNC and has Timbaland and The Neptunes producing his tracks, etc.

Jessica Simpson ("Irresistible") - Apparently they [record label] wanted her to be more like Britney so they 'made' her sex up her image [the video even looks like a rip off of 'Stronger'] and lose some weight. Then there are the 'dance routines' in her music videos; its clear she's not a dancer.
