all in all unforgiven was the poorest most unentertaining ppv ive seen in a while, except the hbk match that was acrobatic and fun to watch. Overall the ppv had a dull drab feel to it, was not very entertaining. The taker-bigshow "thing" was dumb those two and edge should have been in the scramble and it would have been a better match and we would have been spared that uninteresting "thing" and the smackdown scramble would not have sucked so bad it that it was followed by a divas match, lame. As far a jericho given the belt it was fair seeing how he went in and let hbk beat the tar out of him, most likely that was the deal, play ball and youll get the strap. Even though jericho's playing a part getting whipped and such can be demining to a persons dignity. (im sorry if i may be getting too real here lol)

Otron makes a better face or at least a tweener/ anti hero type than a heel. Punk was ok with the belt could have stood to hold on it a little longer then dropped it to someone thats gonna sell ppvs and put asses in the seats like batista. and for christs sake make it interesting!! people are not gonna watch the shows if its boring! in 2007 john cena was unbeatable and i quit watching at one point they chanted for orton in a match against cena, why cause it got boring. Triple h is going down the same road, but judging by the scramble match for smackdown, that shows in the crapper anyway.

Punk is a good positive role model and kids still watch wrestling just incase you forgot, so it would be a good thing for him to stay in the upper level of things. personally i think that jericho is a joke, orton is a steroid head on a roid suspension why you think he has no cast...who needs to clean it up in and out of the ring, he does to much good things to go on as a heel like i said kids still watch wrestling.

im so sick of generational stars im gonna puke, priceless sucks not interesting and not entertaining, somoan guy sucks thats been done, ortons bad guy thing been done twice already. Give the viewers something fresh and dont leave em at mid card. next we'll see nick bollea ripping his shirt off in the ring and thats when im done.

the introduction was good, but I would've thought it could've been much better with Orton inserting himself into the match with Punk still in it, that's what I was thinking before the PPV. Having it backstage was kinda dumb for me too, it would've gotten way more heat if it was in the ring IMO. I really am hoping for Punk to stay in the Main Event role, he was booked like a bitch in his reign, but the way he lost still made him look OK.

It was shit. What a garbage way for someone to lose a title.

I don't like it, Punk was a great champ who was over with the crowd. And he was winning me over. Y2J is good to no doubt. But he gets his shit beat in by HBK and he comes back out and wins the title after a beating. Come on now thats not right. It coulda been a better way to make Punk lose the title. I'll be pissed if he doesn't go after it and somebody like lame ass JBL challenges Y2J.

I think the best part is Y2J walking out with the belt. Great twist to his feud with HBK.

As for Punk, I'm hearing people say he could just lose it in the scramble match, but that means he wasn't good enough to win it. By getting jumped by Orton and crew Punk has now been royally screwed out his title belt and even the casual fan would probably want to see Punk get some payback and also a shot at his title.

If it was me, I'd have Y2J and Punk begin a feud for the belt, which then gets lost in a muddle of Orton jumping Punk and a bitter HBK stalking/hunting Y2J, making sure he doesn't enjoy his title reign. Things are already complicated, so let's get into it.

Generally, I think it panned out ok, but for two things:

*I think they should have actually shown Punk getting beat down in a backstage segment.

*They should have had the commentary teams mention Punk's not competing a few more times throughout the event more (I must have been in the toilet or sumthin' when it was mentioned, because I was none the wiser about Punk not competing until I heard Y2Js music drop.)

I WANT to see Punk vs. Y2J.

I think they would work very well together and could really put on a great feud. Orton and Punk is a good idea, but really, Punk couldn't win that feud because they wouldn't, and shouldn't, have Orton lose out to Punk. SO, push Punk by using Jericho to build him up, then have Punk win out against Jericho to end the feud down the road.

And, on a different note, Y2J dropped a pretty good promo to open RAW the other night. I was impressed by him and thought that was the best promo he has cut recently. (Not that he ever does poorly).

I think the way they did it was fine. Punk getting pwn3d backstage was better than seeing a screwjob finish or a run in. Plus, how else could they insert Jericho into the match? It all made sense, and I was happy with it
