Their feud is currently the one I'm most interested in when it comes to WWE. Rhodes and Sandow have great chemistry and they work off the other so well,it's been making for some quality TV time. I was a little upset at first when their match at SummerSlam wasn't for the contract but it'll still be a good match,I just hope their feud isn't halted after SummerSlam.

Interested just because I want to see Sandow win and see all the Rhodes marks get mad.

I... don't... know...

On one hand, there's the good story of Sandow being a dick and Rhodes (as he said on Smackdown) just being fed up with him in general. It's a simple story that makes sense for both characters. The build's been good and it's two of my favorite guys on the roster.

On the other, there's the whole story of Sandow stealing the briefcase, which the more you think about that it sucks. Sandow just did what anyone would do and capitalize on the opportunity to win the briefcase, and for Cody to be angry makes a lot of sense... but for him going so far overboard as to do all the things he's done to Damien is making him actually look worse... that's nitpicking, whatever. Anyway, how does this benefit either guy? If Cody wins your jobber MITB winner jobs again and Cody moves on to feud for a mid-card belt, woo-hoo. But if Sandow wins that basically throws Cody back into the large pile of enhancement talent yet again and nothing changes for Damien...

Guess I'll swallow my brain and enjoy this one, again it's a simple story that makes sense for both characters, something I've been begging for. And now that most feuds are back to being #wwelogic lets go back to enjoying our bread crumbs (along with our several whole slices coming from he WWE title feud).

I have been really enjoying it so far. Both guys have done an incredible job of drawing me in and the Rhodes turn is being done gradually enough that although he is clearly on the road to being a full face, he is still displaying some heel tactics with his treatment of Sandow (throwing the case away and teasing him with it this past week).

I think leaving the briefcase out of it in this match but allowing Rhodes to win would be the best case scenario. By Rhodes winning he can make the point that he is the better competitor and have a match at Night of Champions with the briefcase on the line. Allow Sandow to get the upper hand prior to this and have a match where both men leave everything in the ring for their chance to be World Heavyweight Champion.

I can see this one stealing the show. And I can see Rhodes winning the briefcase, as with it he'll be ready to feud with some of the big guys like Orton, Goldust ect. and then become even more stronger in terms of his character and credibility. Sandow needs high-profile feuds to make us believe in him, really.

One way they could put the briefcase on the line would be if Cody still has the original briefcase's contract. Sandow comes out and has a new briefcase (and contract), revealing that he was able to get the board of directors to get him a new one. Cody, however, claims that he found a loophole in the MITB contract and this means he can claim the contract he has now. Vickie comes out and says that Cody has just outsmarted the board of directors, and tells Cody that he has the match. Cody vs Damien, for the one MITB briefcase. Damien, however, uses his wits to get Cody into a gauntlet match for the night, and claims that the board of directors aren't and won't be happy with Cody, who ends up winning the gaunlet match and tells Damien that he doesn't care, and will win the new MITB briefcase at Summerslam.
