The Montreal Screwjob helped establish Vince McMahon's heel character as a tyrannical boss. The problem is that the Montreal Screwjob took place a decade ago, and this act is getting really boring. For once, I'd like to see an angle where the WWE Stockholders (yeah, I know Vince is the majority stockholder, but in kayfabe, the fans don't need to know that) step in and put Vince in his place.

Discuss.

Well people have come and put VKM in his place on numerous occassions. And quite honestly I find this to be a very strange time for you to post this considering VKM hasn't been on TV in over a month and wasn't involved in a WM feud for the first time in a while.

Who's talking about VKM? This is the WWE board. We're talking about Vince McMahon.

Voodoo Kin Mafia chose their name because the initials are the same as Vince's.

Anyway, it's hard to say if i'm tired of it or not, because bookings and decisions that are made don't come with a big "Vince wuz here" sticker if he decided it. Suffice to say, if Vince is behind the Divas being what they are, Kevin Thorn changing his look to that of a homosexual goth biker before being sent to development and not even debuting in FCW yet, Kane being sent to ECW and not receiving an actual title reign longer than 24 hours, Hornswoggle still having a job, the tag team division being worthless now, London and Kendrick only appearing maybe once a month and then only to job, Paul Burchil and his sisterwife only appearing on Heat, Jimmy Wang Yang never being pushed in any meaningful way, among other things, then yes, I am tired of it.

Wheather you like Vince or you hate him he has done alot for this business by putting both WCW And ECW respectivly out (not saying its a good thing but you got to give him his props for doing it, it was hard to do) and also he has given us some of the most memorable rivalries ever... (austin / vince, dx / vince, taker / vince, rock / vince etc....) SO yea if you like him or you hate him at least respect him.

VKM's act gets kind of annoying, but when getting a break, then it comes back fresh. We saw him from WM23 to RR without any stop, but now we are getting the break, so when he does come back, we will again like it.

I am not commenting on his booking decisions

Sure I'm tired of Vince McMahon doing things his way. I hate it so much.....but it's HIS COMPANY, so he'll do it HIS WAY (and HHH's on occasion) so my opinion doesn't matter one ounce, lol.

EDIT - ^^CMS, damn, U stole my Regal sig I had in mind! Damn you! lol....lucky, thought I'd hopefully be the only one on here with a King Regal sig.

This thread stinks of someone wanting to WWE bash and not have a particular reason.

Exactly!

Vince the business man is not the same thing as 'Mr. McMahon' and most people will never know what calls he personally makes business or booking-wise.

If peeps are tired of seeing 'Mr. McMahon' then, as already stated, we are currently in the midst of one of his OFF-screen periods. So what the fuck are you complaining about?

Utter nonsense... Care to name just ONE decision that you KNOW was down to Vince?

The writing teams and agents do book the matches but ultimately Vince has the final say.

I agree. I personally love the Vince McMahon on-screen character, I think it's fantastic that he gets involved in such a way. He hasn't been on screen for a while, which is a good thing as, like CMS stated, it comes back fresh.

If he was ALWAYS there, I'd agree it probably would get tiring.

I understand that, I was merely responding to the idea that someone is fed up with Vince's decisions, when it's utterly rediculous to even think they KNOW what calls VKM made and what one's he didn't.

the way i see it is, it's Vince McMahon's company - and what he says-goes.. whatever he wants to do - he's gonna do.. I, personally think the Mr. McMahon character has worked for him and it's not going anywhere until he's unable to perform to his abilities anymore.
