Anyone else think Jon Moxley should come back?

I’m not at Full Gear yet so if there’s something to dislike about Mox I’ll probably find it, but I’m enjoying early days death riders atm.

I was with it till Full Gear and then it started to go off the rails imo

its back to being good anyways, ppl sometimes just forget some stuff has to be annoying for the groundswell of change to grow organically. the mid card has been incredible so it's given Takeshita a chance to also look like the big dog. same with ospreay

fwiw this is still my favorite moxley - his look is fantastic and his matches are extremely brutal. i can see people who are not fans of punch kick brawls prob hate it tho

To be fair it is an absolutely awful move. He was very much pigeonholed to that "Wacky Dean doing silly things" character and that move is a big example of that. It doesn't look effective or even interesting. Like the Pendulum Splash that Sami Callihan got. You ever see that move?

He’s in great shape. He looks lean and put on mass simultaneously. His bald skinhead aesthetic shouldn’t work for him, but it does.

I’m also a huge attitude era fan so I don’t mind brawlers, but I think it especially fits Mox. I think that was my problem with him. That he tried too hard to be an indie guy when he’s meant to be a brutal ass-kicker.

No, I haven't even heard of Sami Callihan. The last modern wrestling I watched was the first couple months of AEW.

I think chokes are a great heel finish, especially which ones establishing that heel as a dominant force and not chickenshit.

Like I was legit gobsmacked when that was the finish to wrestle dream. I never thought in a million years that Daniel Bryan’s last match that he was gonna get choked out and lose the belt in the fashion.
