i know a guy like this he's well into his 40's and marks out at everything that happens in tna and wwe. i like to ruin kayfabe for him it's funny. i thought everyone knew it's all a work by now. most KIDS know it's all a work lol

They know it's staged but I've noticed a few people seem to react markishly to win / loss rates with certain guys such as Brock. It's not exactly what you asked for but still.
