Mark Henry's push has ended unfortunately. He was a draw, legitimately intimidating, could work decently for a big guy and is good on the mic, why did they end it so fast? I understand he was injured, but why have Show bury him?

I'd love for Drew to feud with Bryan and Sheamus for the title, would be awesome, but isn't happening my friend. Same goes for Christian.

Only redeeming qualities:

Mark Henry/Big Show backstage segment
Primo/Epico vs Usos
Barrett/Rhodes backstage segment, but it was really short
Johnny Ace/Otunga showing up in Teddy's office

Santino in the EC?? Good God that's awful

You forget, Gabriel vs Slater on the apron, during the battle Royal that was pretty good. I believe Big Zeke should be in, he scored 3 eliminations like Santino. Click here to see who eliminated who

Yeah, no kidding...

They should just stop trying to make full heels/full faces all the time. Have some guys (Kane, Henry) who would just go out and whoop anyone's ass that lay eyes on them, so you could throw them at either a heel or a face world champion... Screw it. This is WWE we are talking about, I wouldn't trust them to tie their shoes or make a sandwich right now, more less competently book a wrestling show.

I agree Draine, and it's the one thing I like about Vince Russo. He never was a big proponent of heels/faces, but preferred most characters had a bit of grey area to them. That was a big part of what made the AE era great in my eyes

So true. The annoying thing is, it's worked very recently. CM Punk was a heel going into his feud with Taker, now he's the most over superstar in WWE (surpassed Orton imo). There was still no need to make him fully face. Austin wasn't face or heel, look how far he got.

Henry could do that role so well. I detest the "coward heel" gimmick he's been given, the guy who doesn't want to defend his champioship, will do anything to win, will happily cheat. I preferred the initial hall of pain gimmick, he just laid every mother fucker out he saw and wanted to hurt them. That was awesome. That drew like a mofo.

Face: Hit only the spots that you're famous for, complete with ridiculous dance before your finisher.

Heel: Have an incredibly boring character (unless you're Rhodes) and never, ever win clean.

:sleepy:

They've had so many situations recently to break this trend (see Bryan, Daniel) but absolutely refuse to do it. Mark Henry wasn't all THAT cowardly, while he was running from Big Show he was also pummeling Daniel Bryan, which was a nice effort to save his character (wasn't enough). But "the House of Pain" Mark Henry was entertaining yet intimidating at the same time, he actually beat people clean, and drew like a mofo. Best heel WWE had since 2010 Batista.

no thanks. Barrett has done enough with stables already in his short career

Let them have a tag title feud with R-Truth and Kofi Kingston... Or Brodus Clay and Alex Riley. Wade and Cody would make such an awesome team, they have the chemistry, and what else would they be doing after 'Mania other than feud with Justin Gabriel and Ted Dibiase on SD?

Frankly, HHH had DX. then the Corporation, then the McMahon-Helmsley era...

he formed Evolution and then re-formed DX for a 3rd time.

Barrett is a guy very comparable to HHH

It may not mean much, but stable hopping isn't unprecedented

I see what you are saying, but IMO Barrett was the only attraction in Nexus and the Corre, and they did nothing but drag him down. I'd just like to see him get a legitimate ME push when he is by himself

Funny... I thought you'd disagree.

I'm really more in line with what you're saying.

Just it worked for 'the Shovel' doesn't have to have a bearing for Barrett

It's convoluted of me and I shouldn't brainwash others into believing it either.

Fact is Barrett is 6'7 w/better mic skills than Orton. You can't teach that... can't

I liked The Uso's vs Primo & Epico..
40% cuz of Rosa Mendes < Wooooooooooooooo!!! YEAH!

But hey, Santino in the EC, who knows what will happen.
Maybe he will be one of the last 3 standing.
WWE is very surprising..
