As I said Darren Young taking the piss outta PG on NXT and I think Stryker said summit about it on SD could mark the gradual departure from PG.

Unless TNA becomes a slight threat to WWE....no just no. No attitude for us.

I think Darren young was making it clear that WWE is PG. Not coming away from PG. Its a statement more like, don't like it? Turn off.

Move on. Attitude Era is over. The business has moved on. While there are companies such as ROH still putting on great wrestling, wrestling just isn't able to push the borders anymore. WWE have realized that they are able to communicate to kids with a unique product, and they're using this to their full advantage. Whether in 10 years that phases out and the business dictates another period similar to the Attitude Era is another question.

The WWE isn't going back to an edgier product anytime soon. I know that, honestly I prefer the PG product at times to the more explicit product of the past. I mean sure it caters to children, which is where the money is if you think about it. They have needed to grow a new fanbase being that many of the people who watched during the Attitude era have all grown up and lost interest in wrestling alltogether. However, I do think that somepoint down the like in maybe 5-6 years at the earliest another era much like the Attitude era will happen, however for now just sit back relax and enjoy (or hate) the PG.

I started this thread just out of pure curiousity as to what other peoples opinions were. I am not one of those anti-PG marks, I actually like the PG WWE.
