Is it normal to specify stuff like that in role PM though? Is it not weird that it explicitly says in the role PM he controls the even night kill?

It's a WC thing, we never needed to specify because it was common knowledge over there. Obviously OMB never thought to add it in to the post.

I assume it is mentioned because he knew we may not know that unless it is mentioned. Though I have seen it mentioned in roles before. I even had in my first Scream game. Just The Godfather part, not this even night stuff.
