Personally i thought Angle shouyld not have won that match.i don't see the point of strippping angle and then giving him the title back on the next PPV. i'd rather have seen Samoa Joe win it, the Angle play the I GOT ROBBED thing, and have a feud. i also thought that with the fifth person in that match being Chris Harris, he should have won it as its the fifth anniversary of TNA so either he or AJ styles should surprise everyone by winning. but no, TNA had to go the rite we knew it was going to go.

Basicly, TNA, wanted to get Viewers for Impact..and Set up the KOTM Match at Slammiversary, But It all came from the NwA/Tna Split with the titles.. Tna's original Idea kinda sucked back when they Stripped Angle of the title for no reason, and I agree he should'nt be champion now.. because of everyone that has been in Tna for quite awhile and have earned the right to be the top guy... Like Joe... Even Harris, But in the case of like Cage just from jumping to Tna from Wwe, you get the title basicly..and Angle got it.

I can see why TNA made there top star a champion from a business aspect.

But why do they always put there TNA stars before there WWE frustrates me they did it with Cage now there doing it with Angle.
The TNA fans no this Kurt Angle got a very little pop and got booed when he Angle slammed Joe, and when he the title after Sacrifice they were chanting "We want Christian" So was this really a good move after all TNA?? ... No

Angle is one of my favourite wrestlers but he shouldn't get the title early it was a perfect chance to slap the title on Joe.

Giving Angle the TNA Title was a good idea. To a certain degree. This should improve the ratings for iMPACT! and is better for business, but now they're pissing off the internet wrestling community (eg. US) who got them where they are today. They could have surprised everyone and give it to Styles or Harris but they're doing what's right for business. Going back to WCW. If some like VKM was the owner, we'd see Joe or Styles with the TNA Title, but he isn't.

I say let Angle have the Title for a month or two then drop it to Joe... Maybe at Bound for Glory.Yeah, that would be GOOD for business...

Giving it to Angle was a bad move but they have set it up for Angle/Joe fued well. If jOE DIDNT HAVE A Injury and wasnt in the dog house with TNA he probably would have won.

It was the right move for TNA. If Joe won it, it wouldnt be nearly as good as actually pinning a legend. Him strapping a belt on a strap...no this is much better. Now Angle can defend it in fueds against Styles or Cage for a couple months before defending it against Joe at Bound for Glory where Angle puts him over and Joe wins the belt. This would be a much more prestige way for Joe to finally win the title.

lets not only talk about samoa joe winning it, how about chris harris or aj styles? if this chris harris-jeff jarrett alliance is pulled off right, then i think he can be in the ME scene for some time as Jarrett's apprentice, then later going solo. i think either him or Aj Styles should have won it as it was the fifth year anniversary and both of them have been there since day 1. it would also have surprised many people if they won. they are not young anymore, and for them its now or never. styles is 30 and harris 34. being with tna so long, i think both of them deserve to hold it one more time.

Thank you... that's what should happen. It was a good move putting it on Angle and I'm glad, it was more of a safe move, IMO. I don't really see anything great about Chris Harris... but whatever.

Yeah giving Angle the Title is pretty good and all but I really think in my opinion that Samoa Joe should ahve had it way before Angle did

I think its a great idea. This can set up great fueds like Joe-Angle and AJ-Angle and Cage-Angle which would all be great matches. TNA is thinking long term here for once, and I think what they are planning on doing is making Angle look strong until Bound For Glory until he passes the torch to the Samoan Submission Machine!!

Business wise it was great. He's a name everyone knows, and TNA's getting more attention. but for wrestling fans, Joe, and even Cage would be a better champion because they're less injury prone and younger.

Well TNA promised Angle an NWA title reign, it came in two parts. They had to give Angle the NWA title for contract purposes, so they gave it to him last minute, plus the reign part comes in now, they had to finish the deal by giving him the TNA World title. Angle is a strong champion, don't mind seeing him with the gold, but AJ should have won he is Mr. TNA afterall.

Subjectively and objectively, I think that's a great thing not only for Kurt but also for TNA and for Samoa Joe and the future of the company. Angle's heel turn is also a good move 'cause it will help Joe to be even more over with the crowd and get prepared for Bound For Glory, the greatest PPV of the year. Kurt has always been a great worker to help superstars to rise. Back in WWE, Benoit began to gain more popularity after his epic battles with Kurt, Brock Lesnar became SmackDown's top "babyface" and faced Kurt at WM in the Main Event. Now Joe is waiting for his moment and who's better than Angle to be a part of that special moment?
Like him or not, Kurt Angle is one of the greatest if not the greatest pure wrestler in the world. So yes, I like it, and Kurt deserves it after all the critics, all the comments on the internet. Now it's HIS time to prove people wrong and to show the all world what he is capable of, to show the world that Gold never stop shining!

while some people should think that the FIRST TNA Champion should have been a TNA wrestler, but Kurt Angle will draw more as first champ.
